Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something isn’t right, let us know right away. Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We don’t offer exchanges for fit or preference. However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If your case is approved, we’ll provide instructions for a possible exchange based on item availability. We’ll respond within 2 business days.
